? 松套管:以PBT為原材料,松套管內含12芯(或以下)光纖、內部填充阻水纖膏。

? 填充繩:PP材質(zhì),用于填充纜芯結構(有需要時(shí))。

? 絞合方式:松套管和填充繩以SZ形式絞合于中心加強件上。

? 阻水方式:纜膏填充于纜芯,油膏式阻水(半干式阻水可選)。

? 保護層:鋁帶縱包鎧裝。

? 加強鎧裝層:鍍鋅細圓鋼絲繞包鎧裝。

? 撕裂繩:2根聚酯撕裂繩在每層護套內。

? 內護套:黑色MDPE。

? 外護套:黑色HDPE。

 

? Central Strength Member (CSM): Steel wire, with PE sheath covering when needed.

? Loose Tube: PBT plastic material, containing 12 fibers and filled with a suitable water tightness jelly.

? Filler Elements: PP plastic rods, when needed.

? Stranding: Loose tube & filler SZ stranded around CSM.

? Longitudinal Water Tightness: Wet core with water swellable elements (Dry core is optional).

? Aluminum Tape: Aluminum-Plastic tape as protection layer.

? Steel Wire Protection: Galvanized steel wire armor provide additional protection.

? Ripcord: 2 polyester ripcords under each sheath.

? Inner Sheath: Black MDPE.

? Outer Sheath: Black HDPE.
